I discovered a unique dining experience at Troll Pub Under The Bridge in Louisville. Kentucky’s Whiskey Row. Following the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, bars and restaurants slowly started opening again. My visit was one of the first times I stepped foot into a restaurant post-shutdown. The atmosphere was calm and dimly lit. There weren’t many patrons. Exposed brick architecture gave it a European feel. My favorite feature was a dining space hidden behind a bookcase.
